Marcia MacLeod is the senior vice president of Human Resources and Administration. Prior to WPX, she had been with Williams for a decade, serving in leadership over compensation, benefits, enterprise business services, information services, and most recently as vice president and chief information officer.

Greg Arend is a Managing Partner for Oklahoma at Deloitte Advisory. He has over 30 years of experience serving clients in the energy, financial services, retail & public sectors. He also serves as the national leader for the Financial & Operational Risk Transformation for the public sector.

Our guest speaker this week will be Dr. Gerard Clancy. Dr. Gerard Clancy is President Designate, Vice President for Health Affairs, Dean of the College of Health Sciences and currently holds the Thomas Oxley Endowed Chair in Community Medicine, all at the University of Tulsa. He graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors degree in Biochemistry (1983), an American Heart Association Research Fellowship (1985), and a medical doctor degree with Alpha Omega Alpha Honors (1988). He continued on at the University of Iowa with his Psychiatry Residency and Psychiatry Chief Resident training (1992). Before joining the University of Tulsa, Dr. Clancy was the Dean of the College of Medicine, Tulsa. In 2006 he assumed the additional role as President of the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa. Currently he serves on numerous Board across Oklahoma and is the 2015 Chairman of the Board of the Tulsa Area United Way. He continues to work at the Laureate Institute for Brain Research and continues to see psychiatric patients. Dr. Clancy’s areas of expertise include health disparities, health care delivery system and health professions education transformation, severe mental illness and creative talent development, retention and recruitment for regional economic development. The CEO, Zac Carman and COO, Eric Jenkins, will be talking to us about how Consumer Affairs started in Tulsa, the opportunities and challenges of growing a Saas (Software as a Service) company in Tulsa and their dynamic plans for the future. Consumer Affairs, one of Tulsa's fastest growing companies, is the consumer news and advocacy company that has redeveloped the Petroleum Club and will soon be expanding to the top three floors of the Petroleum Club Building.
